Bike Share Made Easy

It starts on the Dashboard where you get quick access to information and alerts to help you easily monitor and manage your system. You can check active rides, problem reports, smart lock battery levels and more.

Simple Bike Checkout

Riders can checkout bikes in 2-clicks. Pressing the Available Bikes button scans for available bikes. Then, riders press the Ride button for the bike they want to use. The App unlocks the bike from the rack and records the ride in the admin software so you always know who has the bikes. Plus, riders must return the bike to the rack to end the ride in the App. Riders are financially responsible for the bike until it's returned.

Stay in Control

Configure the system just the way you want – including a customized waiver, rider help screens, hours of operation, and more. You also control who joins the system by setting registration rules to limit access. Only approved riders can checkout a bike. You also get ride history reports, Email Alerts, and automatic updates on smart lock battery levels.

The On Bike Share system also comes with a Maintenance App just for Admins and Mechanics that allows you to test bikes and record bike maintenance.

Waiver
A waiver is included with your system. Waiver is fully customizable in the admin portal
Set each admin's email notification settings including new registrations, problem reports, forced end rentals, and weekly reports
Force End Rentals
When riders end rentals in the App, if App cannot confirm that the bike is docked to the rack, it will notify riders of their financial responsibility for the bike and flag this ride in the rental history.
Fleet maintenance recording
Use the On Bike Maintenance App to record and track bike maintenance for your fleet. All reports are visible in the admin portal
