Configure the system just the way you want – including a customized waiver, rider help screens, hours of operation, rider time limits, rental rates and more. You also control who joins the system by setting registration rules to limit access. Only approved riders can checkout a bike. You also get ride history reports, Email Alerts, and automatic updates on smart lock battery levels.

Waiver
A waiver is included with your system. Waiver is fully customizable in the admin portal
Set each admin's email notification settings including new registrations, problem reports, forced end rentals, and weekly reports
Force End Rentals
When riders end rentals in the App, if App cannot confirm that the bike is docked to the rack, it will notify riders of their financial responsibility for the bike and flag this ride in the rental history.
Fleet maintenance recording
Use the On Bike Maintenance App to record and track bike maintenance for your fleet. All reports are visible in the admin portal
